Honda Electric SUV The Honda Prologue is Honda’s first all-electric SUV for the U.S. and Canada, co-developed with General Motors using GM’s Ultium battery platform.
Honda has confirmed that its popular Elevate SUV will get an electric version in India by mid-2026, marking Honda’s first locally produced EV in the country.

The next generation electric SUV is coming from the famous automobile giant Honda Motors. Honda showcased a concept model for this at the recent Japan Mobility Show. Now let’s find out what the design and features of this SUV will be like.
The new electric SUV developed by Honda will be available worldwide in 2027. Moreover, Honda says that its goal is to make all its products carbon neutral by 2050. As part of that, this SUV is being launched as the first step. As for the SUV, it has been named Honda Zero Alpha (Honda 0 α). Let’s go into the details of its specifications.
Specifications:
The Honda Zero Alpha has 19-inch sharp design alloy wheels. The ground clearance is also high. This car has two battery options of 65kwh and 75 kwh. Both these batteries run on Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) technology. Due to this technology, the battery does not deteriorate even in hot weather. This SUV comes with front-wheel drive. The wheelbase can be between 2700-2800mm.
What is the price?
Otherwise, this car will have a very futuristic design. It will have an illuminated logo along with sharp edges. As for the price, the price of the Honda Zero Alpha SUV is expected to be between Rs. 25 lakh and Rs. 30 lakh. It is likely to give tough competition to vehicles like the upcoming Maruti Vitara Electric, Mahindra BE 6, Tata Curvv EV, Hyundai Creta Electric, MG ZS EV.
