Anant Goenka studied economics at Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (B.Sc – Economics).
He later earned an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.

He began his professional journey at Hindustan Unilever Limited.

Leadership at RPG Group & CEAT Limited
Anant served as Managing Director & CEO of CEAT from 2012 to 2023. Under his tenure, CEAT’s market capitalisation grew by ~ 25×
During this period CEAT achieved global recognition: it received “Lighthouse” status from World Economic Forum, and — in 2023 — it became the first tyre company in the world to win the prestigious Deming Grand Prize.
In October 2023, he was elevated to Vice Chairman of RPG Group. Alongside, he continues as Vice Chairman of CEAT and of Zensar Technologies (RPG’s IT arm).
